It’s always so fun to see what color Pantone chooses to be the color of the year! We couldn’t be happier that the color for 2024 is one of our favorite colors - Peach Fuzz!

Pantone Color of the Year 2024 Peach Fuzz

“Pantone 13-1023 Peach Fuzz captures our desire to nurture ourselves and others. It’s a velvety gentle peach tone whose all-embracing spirt enriches our mind, body, and soul. In seeking a hue that echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a color radiant with warmth and modern elegance. A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless.” -Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director, Pantone Color Institute

If you haven’t already noticed, we’re kind of obsessed with this warm, fun, yet elegant color. In the early stages of Joyasol, we brainstormed with our branding team, Brighten Made, about choosing colors that reflect our values, shoemaking, and sense of lightness, hope, and positivity. We thought peach was the perfect color to honor where our shoes are ethically made (Portugal, more on that here and here) as it highlights some of the architecture and style there, and at the same time reflect our fresh, joyful and feminine style.

From our website to our packaging to our photoshoots - we try to incorporate peach into everything we do here at Joyasol!

We’ve rounded up our top 5 favorite ways to wear our favorite color! Here they are:

1. Statement Pieces

  • Dresses and Tops: Embrace the serenity of peach with flowing dresses or blouses in this hue, radiating warmth, elegance and charm. Pair them with neutral accessories for a head-to-toe harmonious look. We paired this matching peach floral set from Few Moda with our white Paisley sneakers for a fun spring and summer look!

  • Outerwear: A sophisticated peach colored coat or jacket can effortlessly elevate your outfit while providing a subtle pop of color. We’re loving this peachy pink trench by Zimmerman

2. Mix and Match

  • Color Pairings: Experiment with Peach Fuzz by combining it with complementary shades like soft greens, dusty blues, or even deeper peach tones for a refined and soothing ensemble. For our photoshoot in Menlo Park, we paired this peachy pink top from Sezane with jeans for a casual, everyday chic look.
