New Month, New Plans: What to Wear This Holiday Season
How are we already nearing the end of the year? Seriously, where did the time go?
November is here, and we have to ask: Are you team holiday decorations on November 1st, or do you wait until December 1st? Personally, we're all for getting into the holiday spirit early, but we know some people feel very strongly about waiting until after Thanksgiving!
Either way, the calendar is starting to fill up with holiday parties, dinners, get-togethers, and all those last-minute plans that seem to pop up this time of year.
And of course, the same question comes up: What am I going to wear?
At Joyasol, we're all about making getting dressed a little easier. Because between shopping, hosting, traveling, and everything else on our to-do lists, the last thing we need is to stress about our outfits.
A Little Less Effort, A Lot More Style
Here's the thing: you really don't need a whole new wardrobe for the holidays.
Sometimes all it takes is a great pair of shoes to make an outfit feel fresh again.
Think your favorite jeans with a pretty blouse, tailored trousers with a cozy sweater, or that little black dress you've worn a dozen times (and still love).
We're big believers in investing in pieces you'll actually wear, not just something that sits in your closet after one holiday party.
The Black Heel You'll Keep Reaching For
Speaking of wardrobe staples, let's talk about the Charlotte Slingback Heel.
Named after our founder's daughter, Charlotte, this heel holds a special place in our collection.
We designed it to be that go-to black heel you can wear with just about anything. Chic enough for a holiday party, but versatile enough for dinner with friends or a date night.
And because we know how frustrating uncomfortable heels can be, we put just as much thought into how our shoes feel as how they look.
After all, who wants to spend an entire evening thinking about their feet?
Three Easy Outfit Ideas for the Holidays
1. Dinner With Friends
Dark denim, a silky blouse, your favorite jewelry, and black slingbacks. Simple, chic, and not too dressed up.
2. Holiday Party
You really can't go wrong with a little black dress. Add statement earrings, a fun bag, and your Charlotte heels. Done.
3. Family Get-Together
Tailored trousers, a soft knit, and a great pair of heels. Comfortable, polished, and easy to wear from afternoon into evening.
More Celebrating, Less Overthinking
As we head into the busiest (and hopefully most fun!) time of year, we're keeping things simple.
Fewer pieces, more ways to wear them. Shoes that look good, feel good, and don't require a second thought once you leave the house.
Because the holidays should be about making memories, catching up with people you love, and enjoying yourself. Not worrying about your shoes.
Here's to finishing the year in style, with a little less stress and a lot more fun.
New month. New plans. Same favorite heels.
